A Bit of Dog Training

It is a good feeling to be the owner of a new puppy, the beginning of a rewarding and hopefully long term relationship, if you start straight away on dog behavior training.

The best time to start training your dog is from the first moment it steps into your house.

But to succeed in dog behavior training you must be consistent in your commands and establish early on who is the master of the house, or pack leader.

Your dog, being a pack animal, will by nature look for a leader and that needs to be you. Establish this early on and you will find your dog will always want to please you and a happy relationship will follow.
